Cost-Effective System
Our Dry-In Package is one of the most cost-effective packages on the market. Our Dry-In Package includes Appalachian Rustic exterior with dovetail corners and smooth interior profiles. We also have Hewn profiles pictured above and under our photo gallery. The dry-in package would also include our exposed timber frame roof system. Countrymark Log Homes covered porches include exposed heavy timber beams, porch posts, and white pine ceilings for a great timber frame appeal to match the beauty of our exposed heavy timber cathedral ceilings inside. We pride ourselves on good quality materials to create an attractive cabin inside and out. The dry-in package also includes your entry doors and windows, interior partition framing, roof insulation, and much more, as described in the attached diagram. The Dry-In Materials Package with Appalachian Rustic Exterior & Smooth Interior described above and on the attached diagram for most of our floor plans will run $55 -$75/sq. ft..
